Joseph A. Hogan, 48, of 78 Lake Street, LeRoy, was busted after a stolen 2005 Ford F-250 pickup truck was reported sitting outside of a Genesee Street location.
It was reported that he was driving it in the Village.
Hogan was remanded to Genesee County Jail without bail.
