Story Courtesy of THE LCN - "A Dansville man was arrested and charged after the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office received reports of an erratic driver on Interstate 390.

On June 3, at about 6:30 a.m., deputies were called to the highway in the town of Avon where a citizen reported that a Jeep Cherokee was driving all over the roadway and then crashed into the median.

The driver of the Jeep then allegedly got out of the vehicle and fled the area on foot near the Marshall Road overpass where he jumped a fence and went into a wooded area.

Deputies Herkimer, Richardson and Yencer set up a perimeter to contain the driver while Sergeant Draper and his K9 partner, Vader, proceeded to track the suspect.

Draper and Vader were able to find the driver who was hiding in a heavily-wooded location. He was taken into custody without further incident.

The driver was identified as 33-year-old Daniel T. Flynn."
