David Witherow, 44, of East Bloomfield has been charged with Assault after he beat a man, even AFTER knocking him unconscious.
On Sunday night in a parking lot on Elm Street in East Bloomfield, Witherow confronted his wife and another man.
Witherow knocked him out and continues to pound on him. The victim was taken to Strong Hospital and has not regained consciousness yet. Witherow's wife was also treated for facial injuries after the fight.
Witherow was charged with 2nd and 3rd degree assault charge's and was remanded in lieu of $50,000 bail.
