13 WHAM - "Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo and Rochester Red Wings president and CEO Naomi Silver announced a deal for a lease of Frontier Field on Monday.
The two sides have been working for months on a deal regarding the lease for Frontier Field."
"The new agreement will be in place for 10 years after it is ratified by the Monroe County Legislature. Under the terms of the agreement, Rochester Community Baseball will provide Monroe County $100,000 in rent each year. This is conditional upon Monroe County making "continuous capital improvements" to Frontier Field that comply with International League standards."
