Jacob M. Daskiewich, 22, of Fairport, was arrested for DWI, aggravated driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and speeding.
Daskiewich was stopped on State Route 31 in the Town of Macedon for speeding. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.
Daskiewich had a BAC of .20%.
Daskiewich was arraigned in the town of Macedon Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $250 cash/$500 bond.
ALSO, baldy was arrested back on March 1st for another DWI. He started, and ENDED March with a DWI.
