Our second Freak Of The Week for Tuesday (see first one here) is Mr. Daniel H. Mooney Jr. from Batavia.
The 32-year-old was arrested after he allegedly broke into a place on Jackson Street and damaged some property inside.
He is charged with 4th degree criminal mischief and 2nd degree burglary.
Dear Daniel apparently has been in trouble before. Two years ago the Batavia Daily news reported that a 30-year-old Daniel H. Mooney Jr. was charged with petit larceny for stealing from a store.
