This is some Grade A parenting right here.
The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports they arrested 26-year-old Tabitha Drager (of Greece) and 39-year-old Jesus Vargas (of Rochester) around 6:30 am on Sunday 8/18.
Deputies say the two were inside Del Lago Casino (again at 6:30 am) and left their three kids (ages 1, 4, and 11) in the car in the parking lot. Deputies also report that drugs and drug paraphernalia were left in the vehicle with the kids.
Both Drager and Vargas are facing three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Vargas if facing additional charges of:
- Tampering with physical evidence ( E felony )
- Criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd (Class B felony ) for unlawfully possessing cocaine with the intent to sell.
The kids were turned over to family members.
